SPECIAL NOTICE
FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE THE USA
Currently,
International Orders are only being accepted and processed to member countries
of the European Union, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Hong Kong, Bahamas,
Bermuda, Jamaica, Samoa, and the Virgin Islands. If in doubt please inquire as
this list is not all inclusive. |
Order Processing
- Average processing time is about 30 days for domestic orders, possibly longer
during the holiday shopping season. Special Order and Custom made items, such
as those produced by Wesco International, Desktop, AHC, or Atlantic Models are
prepaid products of which delivery time may take longer due to the production
process and factory workload (See:
Special & Custom Order Items below).
Items which are not currently available will be automatically placed on backorder
and shipped as soon as they become available unless we have been instructed otherwise
by the customer. All charges
will appear on your credit card statement as Tamco Systems Inc.
Domestic Shipping - Domestic shipments are sent via U.S. Mail in most
cases. The shipping and handling charges shown upon our shopping cart are a close
automated estimate of the actual shipping and handling charges which will be applied
to your order. Your invoice will be adjusted to reflect the actual shippint and
handling charges applied and will be included upon the invoice we send with your
order. Minimum shipping and handling fee is $6.00 on ALL domestic orders within
the USA. Shipping charges may be applied to backorder items in some cases.
International Shipping - International shipments are sent via Air
Parcel Post for the fastest affordable service. In some cases International Priority
Mail may be utilized to select countries. The shipping/handling charges show upon
our shopping cart are a close automated estimate of the actual shipping/handling
charges which will be applied to your order. Your invoice will be adjusted to
reflect the actual s/h charges applied and will be included upon the invoice we
send with your order. Minimum s/h fee is $15.00 on all orders posted outside the
USA. Minimum for Canada is $7.50. Shipping/Handling charges may be applied to
backorder items. Delivery may be slightly delayed due to foreign customs inspection.
Payment of import taxes or duties are the responsibility of the customer (See:
Customs Taxes below).
Delivery Confirmation - Customers agree that Delivery Confirmation,
as provided by the USPS (United States Postal Service), shall serve as bonafide
proof of delivery of packages to the customers shipping address. Customer agrees
that they are solely responsible for the security of their mail receiving area
and shall hold harmless, Tamco Systems Inc. or duly authorized affiliate thereof,
for any missing parcels or losses once a package is confirmed by the USPS (or
other authorized carrier), as having been delivered to the customers shipping
address. No refunds will be honored under these circumstances. Customs
/ Import Taxes - Customs taxes (if any), imposed by a foreign government upon
its residents is the responsibility of the individual customers in accordance
with the laws of their respective nations. Sales Taxes - We are
required by Florida Department of Revenue to collect Sales Tax on all orders which
are initiated within the State of Florida or orders which shall be shipped to
receiving parties within the state. Special
& Custom Order Items - All Atlantic, Wesco, Strato and Desktop models
are prepaid items which are submitted to the factory for production. Production
time usually runs 60-90 days depending upon the factory workload. In some cases
it could take more or less time. Customer understands that Tamco Systems Inc.
has no control over the production process or any delays which may be factory
related. Custom made items, such as the AHC Collection, require at least 180 days
and again are prepaid items. A "Grace Period" of 48 hours from the time the order
is submitted to us is allowed for customers to reconsider their purchase before
we submit the order to the factory for actual production. Since factory production
cannot be terminated once an order is submitted we must apply a 50% surcharge,
based upon the retail price of the individual product, should a customer desire
to cancel the order beyond the 48 hour grace period. The remaining balance will
be applied back to the customers credit card used when making the original purchase.
Return/Exchange - Items may be returned within fifteen (15)
days in re-sellable condition, packaged in the products original factory packaging.
Please include a copy of your invoice with all returns along with any notations
with regard to the return. Customer
must contact us first via email for proper return instructions since returns sent
to our postal box will be refused. All
returns, with the exception of exchange items, will be subject to a 15% Restock
Fee based upon the products retail value. Shipping / Handling fees are non-refundable.
Credit for the balance will be applied back to the customers credit card used
in the initial transaction per bank policy.
Disclaimer - Products shown upon our web site are products which are
available for retail sale but, due to the nature of production, may not necessarily
be in stock. We and/or the manufacturers reserve the right to change paint/marking
schemes on models from time to time, to change the materials that the models are
manufactured with and to increase or decrease prices without prior notice. We
also reserve the right to discontinue any models in our product line at any time
or to change the offered scale of models being offered for sale without prior
notice. Use
of this website and the subsequent submission of an order constitutes your acceptance
of the terms and conditions outlined herein. |
